2wcom DSR01/02 DVB Satellite Receiver is the most innovative Integrated
Receiver Decoder (IRD) available on the broadcast market.
Using DVB-S/S2
the Integrated Receiver Decoder from 2wcom Systems allows saving bandwidth up
to 30% while maintaining crystal clear sound. Together with the option DVB-S2
MPEG AAC LC, HE, HEV2, additional savings of up to 40% of satellite bandwidth
are possible while maintaining excellent sound quality at the lowest bit rate.
Besides the 2wcom Systems IRD has two absolutely independent audio channel
outputs. Therefore two separate stereo channels can be decoded with one unit
only. With the integrated professional XLR interfaces the 2wcom Systems IRD
meets a very high standard and provides one of the highest quality of audio
performance.
Other valuable features are a minimal boot-time of 2-4
seconds and a built-in RDS/UECP Decoder for displaying and monitoring the
correct set-up like PS, PI, RT etc. With the integrated and switchable DSP
based low pass filter FM-TX can be fed directly. Furthermore the 2wcom Systems
DSR01/02 DVB Satellite Receiver has a GP/IO interface in order to forward
switching activities via satellite e.g. to trigger regional commercials or a
separate audio source in case of a satellite break-down. 2wcom's Satellite
In-Band Remote Control System (SIRC) let you manage and control all Satellite
Receivers from one central location via Satellite.
