Acorde is a leading designer &
manufacturer of satellite communications (SATCOM) subsystems and components for
the ground segment: BUCs, SSPAs, LNBs, transceivers and frequency converters,
in C, X, Ku & Ka bands.

Acorde was founded in 1999 has a staff
of 105 people and is fully certified to ISO 9001:2000 and NATO AQAP
2110.
Ka-Band
Acorde has a comprehensive line of Ka-Band
BUCs, SSPAs and LNBs with output power of 5 W, 10 W and 20 W. Now designed in a
light weight and compact package, the ACTX-Ka series is a competitive solution
for low power-low cost Block Up Converters. It's also available, frequency
selectable, WGS compliant ACLNB-Ka series Low Noise Block.
Custom
Designs
Acorde has a high expertise in custom design to adapt
existing products to the specific necessities of each client.
Acorde can
provide Build-to-Spec design services acting as original design manufacturer
(ODM), allowing Custom Design of specific products for special applications,
fulfilling client individual specifications, working from DC up to Ka band,
developing own power supplies and control cards to solve specific
requirements.
Moreover, custom design covers various stages of the
product design cycle, from product specification, prototyping, full-scale
development, production transfer and product improvement. This Acorde can start
with just a product requirement, or with a specification paper that needs to be
prototyped. Acorde can take over the design activities from your selected point
in the product development cycle.
Satcom On The
Move
Acorde has a broadband Satcom on the Move (SOTM) solution. The
antenna subsystem has been developed for 3 applications: land vehicles in
X-Band (emergency, military) and in Ku-band (broadcasting); and for high speed
trains, in Ku-band.
Satcom Manpacks & Terminals
Acorde
has an emerging line of solutions for Satcom manpacks and VSAT Terminals,
especially in X and Ka Band.
