Antek Systems has been
providing earth station support services since 1987. Based in Frederick,
Maryland, Antek enjoys a facility centrally located to many of the major U.S.
satellite communications companies.
Antek’s capabilities range from
systems engineering to onsite integration. Products include waveguide
assemblies, feed diplexers, RF/IF cable assemblies and machined
parts.
Available onsite services include: site surveys, equipment
installation, maintenance, service initiation, and testing.
Antek also
provides a range of support services including:
- New Antenna Installations and
Maintenance: Sizes range from 1.8m to 19m diameter
- Earth Station RF Upgrades: includes new
HPA systems, transmit waveguides, feed systems and receive RF
components
- Earth Station IF Upgrades: new IF racks,
modems and related baseband equipment
- Drive System Retrofits: antenna systems
ranging from basic controller upgrades to installation and test of complex
tracking systems. Replacement or refurbishment of jackscrews and
motors
- Transportable Earth Stations: Integration
and deployment of fly-away and trailerable systems. Transportable
leasing.
- Fixed Earth Station Facilities:
Maintenance and upgrades; including, power, waveguides and cable
trays
- Antenna Testing: Performance verification
and acceptance testing of antennas for domestic and international
service
