Specialist in dynamical behaviour analysis of structures (metallic
and composite) on modal basis, real or complex, we are mastering classical
software tools (Nastran, etc) as well as in-house software tools specifically
developed for damping prediction.
We provide non-conventional passive
vibro-acoustical damping solutions, having a wide frequency range efficiency,
(SPADD technology) allowing mass reduction and providing optimised high damping
performances. This innovative technology does not play on mass or stiffness as
classical methods do, but acts on the damping factor of the structure by means
of smart devices. Computer optimisation allows to save mass (cost) while
providing better performances than conventional solutions. Our technology has
been used in various space programs and is mounted onboard several satellites
as Stentor, Intelsat, Inmarsat, Amazonas, W3A, Metop,
etc…
Evolution of this technology has led to a damping blanket
whose better efficiency for acoustic and vibration treatment is recognised in
aeronautics and space domains.
