Carrick Communications was founded in 1990
by Dr. Bob Gough and operates from bases in the UK and Australia. The company
carries out projects for Telcos, Government and Industry and in addition
represents a small number of "best-of-breed" equipment and system
suppliers.
These include Colem Communications, an established supplier
of Network Management Systems to the satellite and broadcast industries, and
Novella Satcoms who develop & manufacture earth station frequency
converters, satellite tracking receivers and UPC systems.
Bob is based
near Brisbane from where he runs the company's Asia-Pacific operations. With
over 30 years experience in professional satcoms Bob has an in-depth and
comprehensive knowledge of the industry, both technically and commercially, and
this is used for the benefit of customers in the region.
