everyone.

improvement of our global communication solutions via satellite therewith we do
not only meet your expectations but exceed them.
COMSOFT Satellite
Services - what we do
Our company provides customized tailored
communication services and operates global VSAT networks to connect worldwide
enterprises and governmental organizations. Furthermore, we offer broadband
internet services via satellite, GSM backhaul services, hub hosting and
customized, satellite-based communication solutions. We offer our communication
services from our headquarters and own teleport facilities in
Germany.
We cooperate with all major satellite operators, telephone
network carriers, leading TIER-1 IP backbone providers and field services
providers worldwide. Therefore, we are able to offer end-to-end broadband
communication solutions as a complete
package.
Teleport
COMSOFT Satellite Services owns a
state-of-the-art operations center and teleport located in Oberstenfeld,
Germany, which is pivotal for delivering global turn-key satellite
communication solutions for corporate and governmental clients, as well as
offering standard services for VARs, Telcos and system integrators in
EMEA.
Our teleport is located on a small hill and has a perfect view to
satellites in eastern or western directions. The teleport is able to provide
services on satellites between the 65° West and 75° East orbital
position.
With this prime location the teleport covers the most
important and fastest growing regions like Europe, the Middle East/Asia region
and Africa. The own teleport facility gives CSS much more flexibility to
realize customer-related projects.
The teleport is connected to the
Internet via two physically different Internet Backbone providers, therefore
the highest possible availability is given.
To increase operational
reliability CSS has a fully redundant Teleport in Karlsruhe. Due to
geographical separation the basic conditions such as power supply or weather
conditions are completely different. Thus, the availability of the
communication services increases again.
