Teaches the theories and practical skills associated with solder joining techniques in accordance with ESA requirements.

E02 Inspector Training
to ESA Specification ECSS-Q-ST-70-08
Develops an understanding of, and ability to interpret, specifications covering high-reliability and high-quality electronic assemblies. Identifies the stringent ESA Soldering Inspection requirements.

E03 Semi-Rigid RF Cable Assembly
to ESA Specification ECSS-Q-ST-70-18
Teaches the theories and practical skills associated with the preparation, formation, pre-conditioning and solder assembly of semi-rigid RF cables.

E04 Repair and Modification of PCB and Solder Joints
to ESA Specification ECSS-Q-ST-70-28
Provides the skills necessary to carry out rework and repair of electronic equipment, PCB's and space circuit board assemblies.

E05 High-Reliability Soldering for Surface Mount Technology
to ESA Specification ECSS-Q-ST-70-38
Covers the Design and Application requirements of this process, with a practical bias.

E06 High-Reliability Crimping and Wire Wrapping
to ESA Specification ECSS-Q-ST-70-26 & 70-30
Teaches the theories and practical skills associated with the Crimping and Wire Wrapping processes.

E00 Instructor-Examiner Training
to ESA Specification ESA-STR-258
Provides the theories and practical skills necessary to fulfill the task of ESA Instructor-Examiner.
