ESS is a provider of broadband satellite data services such as
VoIP, FoIP, VPN, Video Surveillance and Conferencing, engineering studies. ESS
also operates a VSAT hub in the Middle East. ESS will release a 1.2m mobile
VSAT dish in April of 2004. This dish can also be used in marine
applications.
ESS offers global VoIP and FoIP service over satellite
under the name SAT2PHONE. This service works extremely well over
DirecWay.
Our Video Surveillance solution can stream back compressed
video at rates as low as 11 kbps. Alarm notification, monitoring features are
supported. Terrestrial video re-broadcast minimizes the use of satellite
bandwidth by allowing users to view live video streams using any MPEG4
player.
ESS's core engineering team has a a wide range of design and
implementation experience in the satellite industry, from Iridium, MSAT,
Inmarsat, iDirect, etc.
