ONE-SAT is the satellite communications
brand of Open Networks Engineering Ltd, a long established communications
technology consultancy and integrator.
Established in 2002 to design and
manufacture modems and multi-channel demodulators and other satellite hardware
in addition to the manufacture of large satellite antennas, ONE-SAT assembled
industry experts and developers to create a new feature-rich
portfolio.
Launched in 2004, our DB8200 eight-channel demodulator was
very well received. With market leading channel density, this highly cost
effective solution proved a success with operators and government agencies
across Europe, the Middle East and North America keen to reduce capital
expenditure and minimise rack space and energy requirements. No-one else even
came close, especially with the launch in 2007 of the updated DBH-3000 series
with an astounding 16 demodulator channels! Over the coming months ONE-SAT will
begin shipping our all-new DBH-4000 range of multi-channel demodulators to
offer additional features such as second generation TPC, 8PSK, 16QAM plus power
and demodulator redundancy. ONE-SAT have also recently enhanced the features
available on our low cost range of satellite modems the OSM300 series.
The new options include HSSI and IP modules to support higher data
rates.
ONE-SATs antenna division is a manufacturer of large
satellite antennas from 5 metres to 16.5 metres and beyond. With a European
based manufacturing facility in southwest England, we supply government and
corporate customers through out Europe, the Middle East, Africa and worldwide,
offering a high quality alternative to the incumbent competition. In addition
to the standard portfolio, ONE-SATs antenna division has been successful
in producing customised versions with large antenna mounts and hubs and
multi-band in both transmit and receive. Complete earth stations can be
designed and built, including full RF capability, matrix switching, fibre
transmission etc, to meet specific customer requirements, or existing
installations can be upgraded and enhanced.
