QP Reflectors Ltd. Manufacture prime focus antennas upto 3.7m in diameter for the commercial satellite communications sector. All of our antennas are of spun aluminium construction with a wide range of options for feed/ sub reflector support, wind reinforcement and mountings. We offer both standard and bespoke products so suit customer needs. Durability, high standard of surface accuracy, low weight and exceptional strength are some of the advantages of aluminium reflectors. We can supply complete antennas in L, C, Ku and Ka bands, with other frequency ranges available on request. A range of heavy duty steel mounts are available for ground stations covering the 0.6m to 3.7m range, as well as a selection of cast-in, penetrating and non-penetrating mounts. We also supply split reflectors in two or four sections for easier more economical transportation. We pride ourselves on maintaining a flexible approach to our work, and we are happy to work with customers on developmental or research based projects. We are also able to supply antennas suitable for thermal vacuum testing.
