RaySat was established in 1997 with the goal
of developing satellite antennas for in-motion use. Today RaySat and its
affiliated companies have three separate enterprises offering unique in-motion
satellite communication solutions. RaySat heads the main R&D group and is
responsible for the sales and marketing of the 1-way products. Following the
development of its 2-way, low-profile satellite antennas, RaySat Antenna
Systems (RAS) was carved out of RaySat, into an independent
company, to provide dedicated solutions for the growing SatCom on-the move
market. With the introduction of RaySat's small T-series antennas, RaySat
Broadcasting Corporation (RBC) was launched in the United States as an
independently privately-held company to provide the first-of-its-kind blockage
protection platform offering seamless satellite TV to vehicles nation
wide.
RaySat is revolutionizing in-car infotainment by launching mobile
satellite TV initiatives around the world. Marketing an end-to-end dedicated
mobile infotainment system that overcomes Line of Sight interruptions, RaySat
is seeking partnerships to create in-vehicle satellite TV service
offerings.
Established in 1997, RaySat, Inc is a leading manufacturer
and supplier of in-motion, low-profile, phased-array Ku band satellite antennas
and supporting technology for the mass transportation, public and private
sector, maritime market, OEM and automotive aftermarket industries. These
antennas allow moving vehicles to receive live satellite television and
real-time data.
Staffed by over 150 professionals, spanning three
continents, RaySats management, sales and support staff are headquartered
in Vienna, VA. Additional facilities, including R&D and sales offices are
located in Europe and Asia.
RaySat Antenna Systems
RaySat

a Ka band antenna. In 2006, RAS was carved-out from its former
parent company RaySat Inc. Today, RAS is a stand-alone company with strategic
manufacturing and sales agreements with RaySat, Inc.
RASs
low-profile, in-motion, 2-way antennas are specifically designed for the needs
of Satcom-On-The-Move (SOTM), mobile emergency communications, home land
